Kristen B. Lamanna, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Kristen started their career as a Finance Co-op at Turner Investment Partners in 2006, followed by an internship as a Financial Planning Intern at Ameriprise Financial in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Business Valuation Analyst Co-op at Porto Leone Consulting.

Kristen then moved into sales and marketing roles, starting with Talluto's Authentic Italian Food in 2009, where they served as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they spearheaded the development of new marketing strategies, collaborated with managers to execute successful sales teams, acted as a spokesperson for the company, and managed various intern marketing projects. Kristen also played a key role in website development.

Since 2010, Kristen has been with Riddle Village Retirement Community. Kristen started as a Marketing Representative, building strong relationships with prospective residents and exceeding benchmarks for calls, tours, and closings. In their current role as the Director of Sales and Marketing, they consistently exceed sales and occupancy goals set by the Board of Directors. Kristen has created and mentors a strong sales team and worked with an outside contractor to develop a new mobile-friendly website with a focus on search engine optimization.

Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. Kristen has a proven track record of achieving results and achieving maximum occupancy in various sectors, including Independent Living, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing.

Kristen B. Lamanna, MBA obtained their Masters in Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Widener University in the academic year 2009-2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Management at Widener University between 2005 and 2009.
