Jessica Sandow has a diverse work experience. Jessica started their career as an HR Representative at Studio Archetype in 1998 and then moved on to salesforce.com where they worked in HR from 1999 to 2002. Jessica then took on the role of General Manager at About Face & Body, leading daily operations and sales. In 2005, they joined Digital Realty as a Payroll Manager and HR Representative. Jessica quickly rose through the ranks and became an HR Manager, focusing on payroll and benefits. Finally, in 2016, Jessica established their own company, Jessica Sandow Coaching, LLC, where they work as a Career and Life Coach.
