Ashan Sanjeeva

Ashan Sanjeeva has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Ashan started their career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in Investment Banking from January 2015 to October 2016. In November 2016, they joined Uber as a Manager in Strategic Projects for Australia and New Zealand, and later transitioned to the role of Manager in Courier Operations in the Netherlands from February 2019 to July 2020. In September 2020, they joined Beam Mobility as a Manager in City Operations for Sydney, and subsequently took on the role of Manager in Regional Operations for Australia excluding Queensland from September 2021 to January 2022. Ashan then progressed to become the Head of Operations for Australia from February 2022 to January 2023. Alongside their other roles, Ashan Sanjeeva also holds a position as an Officer Cadet in the Australian Army Reserve, starting in August 2021.

Ashan Sanjeeva began their education at Baulkham Hills High School, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate between 2004 and 2009. Ashan then enrolled at UNSW and pursued a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) / Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Uppsala University for a semester in law. In the same year, they participated in an intensive French language course at Université de Technologie de Troyes. In 2013, Ashan studied Chinese Law as part of a study abroad program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In addition, they spent a semester abroad at NYU Stern School of Business in 2012, focusing on finance.
