Valentinus Ricky Sjo has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Software Developer at iForce Consulting PT. Valentinus Ricky then joined Accenture in 2013 as a Software Engineer Analyst, where they worked on various projects including Big Data Analytics, Digital Core, Business Process Analysis, and Mobile App Development for clients such as Singtel, Telkomsel, TRAC Astra Rent Car, and Singapore National Gallery. Valentinus also worked on Billing Migration for Indosat, Business Intelligence Implementation for Garuda Indonesia, and Order Management Dashboard for Telkomsel. Valentinus Ricky then served as a Sales Operations Manager at Uber in 2017 and later joined Agoda as a Supply Innovation Manager and OYO as part of the Launch & Expansion team in 2018. Valentinus joined CloudKitchens in 2019 and held roles as a Customer Success Senior Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and eventually became the Head of Customer Success. In this role, they led various customer success initiatives including marketing support for merchants, managing growth projects, building high-performance teams, and creating data analytics and reporting systems. Currently, Valentinus serves as the Expansion Country Manager at Beam Mobility, where they are responsible for pioneering micro-mobility in Indonesia and overseeing operations, expansions, and profitability.
Valentinus Ricky Sjo completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information System from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, studying from 2008 to 2012.
