Max Bennedich has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering and research. Max is currently a Software Engineer at rideOS (acquired by Gopuff) since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on building an open-source library in the Julia language to solve nonlinear eigenvalue problems. Before that, they were a Lead Architect at Loop54 from 2016 to 2018. Max also worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies from 2014 to 2016, where they used Java to solve customer-specific problems and manage large amounts of data. Max started their career as a Traveling Technology Evangelist at their own IT consultancy in 2013, where they offered technical advice and worked on various projects worldwide. Max also has experience at Medallia, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Lead Software Engineer from 2010 to 2013 and Senior Software Engineer from 2006 to 2010. During their time at Medallia, they led a team of engineers, built text analytics technology, developed data mining engines, and contributed to multiple product suites. Max began their career at Medallia as an Engineering Intern in 2005.

Max Bennedich earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Their education spanned from 2002 to 2006.
