Betty Dorris

Betty Dorris has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Betty started their career as an HR Assistant at Regal Beloit in 1988 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they held the role of HR Specialist at Modine Manufacturing Company. In 2005, they joined Emerson as a Human Resource Generalist and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as an HR Night Shift Employee Relations Manager at Emerson Climate Technologies. Betty then joined ITW EAE in 2015 as an HR Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, Betty serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ridewell Corp.

Betty Dorris completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia College between the years 1997 and 2000. Following this, they pursued higher education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University between 2010 and 2012.
