April Slater

April Slater began their career in 2000 as a Center Director at Bright Horizons. In 2013, they moved to Amazon.com as a Senior HR Generalist. In 2015, they joined Metromile as a Senior People Operations Manager, then a Senior People Operations Business Partner, a People Operations Business Partner, and an HR Generalist. In 2022, they became the Director of People Operations at LOOP, where they are building a platform to create fair and equitable car insurance.

April Slater obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University between 2002 and 2004. April then went on to receive a Master's Certificate in Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, April has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Rippling, LinkedIn, Dale Carnegie, and more, ranging from 2017 to 2022.
