Sierra Hargrove

Sierra Hargrove has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Sierra started their career as a Patient Relations Intern at Coliseum Hospital in 2014. Sierra then worked at Miss Dottie's Boutique as a Sales Manager and Sales Associate from 2010 to 2015. After that, Sierra joined Lakebridge Behavioral Health as a Business Development Representative from 2015 to 2016. Sierra then moved on to Crescent Pines Hospital, where they held the role of Business Development Representative from 2016 to 2017. Sierra went on to work at Spa Medical as a Spa Manager from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of the business and implementing marketing strategies. Sierra then returned to Ridgeview Institute in 2019 as a Business Development Representative. Currently, Sierra holds the position of Director of Business Development at Ridgeview Institute, a role they started in February 2023. Sierra has consistently demonstrated their skills in business development, sales, and management throughout their career.

Sierra Hargrove completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health at Georgia College and State University from 2010 to 2014.
