Sibashis Routray

Sibashis Routray has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 at Panasonic AVC Networks (S) Pte Ltd as a Tool Room Supervisor and in-charge of New Product Development. Sibashis successfully handled the manufacturing process and played a crucial role in the production of precision parts. In 2010, they co-founded and became a Director at RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS. Sibashis then transitioned to the role of Vice President in September 2019, where they are responsible for business development, including identifying opportunities and bringing deals to closure. Their work experience is characterized by leadership roles and contributions to team growth and success.

Sibashis Routray has a Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering from The Institution of Automobile Education in India. Sibashis also holds a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Management Services from The City University of New York. In addition, they have a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from PSB Academy in Singapore. Sibashis has also obtained certifications in AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023. Sibashis Routray also received training in Tool & Die Making from Central Tool Room & Training Centre.
