David Hammer

David Hammer has a comprehensive work experience in the field of data engineering and analysis. David is currently working at Ridwell as the Head of Data since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Redfin where they held various roles including Director of Data Engineering, Senior Data Engineering Manager, Data Architect, and Senior Data Engineer. At Redfin, they led a Data Engineering department and was responsible for the design, development, and support of core services such as the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Agent Compensation System. David was also involved in managing the Enterprise Data Platform and ingesting data from cloud-based business systems and in-house sources. Before working at Redfin, they worked at Blue Nile as a Data Warehouse Architect and Senior Data Warehouse Analyst, and at Active Voice as a Programmer Analyst.

David Hammer attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1996 to 2000. David obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Information Systems during this time.
