Prasanna Deshmukh

Prasanna Deshmukh has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Prasanna started their career in 2005 at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd as a MEMBER. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at TE Connectivity, overseeing production and business development in the Automotive, Aviation, and Telecom sectors. Prasanna then joined Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors and served as the Head of Purchase and Head of Operations, responsible for the injection molding, assembly, and purchasing functions. At API Heat Transfer India Pvt Ltd, they held the position of Country Head, leading operations and successfully launching a Greenfield project. Currently, Prasanna is the Director of Operations Asia at Rieke, where they manage business operations and holds the position of General Manager for Rohnert Park & Atkins.
