Melanie Fliegans

Melanie Fliegans serves as the Vice Presidentin After Sales Support at Rieter, a position held since February 2019, and also co-founded and operates as COO at Tausendschön GmbH since July 2018. Prior experiences include managerial roles at Wärtsilä, focusing on parts sales support and coordination management from 2010 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading teams, project management for operational efficiencies, and customer relationship management. An extensive background in customer support and commercial training began at Swisscom from 2001 to 2004. Melanie holds multiple degrees in sales and marketing, including a Professional Masters in Sales & Marketing and is recognized as an Authorized Trainer for apprentices.
