Denise Whiting Dawson

Denise Whiting Dawson is an experienced professional in healthcare risk consulting and management. Currently serving as Team Leader in Healthcare Risk Consulting at Unison Risk Advisors since March 2023, Denise has a long-standing career at RCM&D, where roles have included Team Lead for Healthcare Practice Risk and Claims Management and Risk Management Consultant since February 2008. Additionally, Denise has been the President of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) since January 2019 and previously held the position of Director of Risk Management at Geisinger Health System from September 2001 to May 2007. Denise holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHSA) from Marywood University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
