Jonathan Underwood

Jonathan Underwood is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in overseeing multiple teams and enhancing business performance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Operations at Right At School since May 2023, Jonathan contributes to providing safe and enriching environments for K-12 students. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Regional Manager at Valet Living, managing extensive teams and ensuring the sustainability and profitability of operations across over 620 multi-family communities. Jonathan's experience also includes serving as a District Manager and General Manager at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, as well as Aquatics Director at Sweetwater Pools, where significant recruitment and training efforts were a focus. Jonathan's educational background includes a Technical Degree in Audio Engineering from Musicians Institute and a High School Diploma from Heritage High School.
