Cliff Ellrich has extensive experience in infrastructure management and technical account management, currently serving as Manager of Tier 1 Infrastructure and Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Rightworks since June 2018. Previously, Cliff worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at Xcentric, where responsibilities included managing critical customer issues and overseeing large scale Office 365 migrations for over 3000 users. Prior roles include Technical Account Manager at Onepath Systems, overseeing multiple customer accounts, and Systems Engineer positions at BlueWave Computing and DynaSis, where Cliff maintained hosted server environments and supported various IT services. Cliff holds an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and a B.B.A. in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University.
