Tafadzwa Muzvidziwa (MBL)

Tafadzwa Muzvidziwa (MBL) has a significant amount of work experience in various IT roles. Tafadzwa started their career as a Trainee Systems Analyst at Intermarket Building Society in 2002 and later moved on to positions such as Systems Support Analyst at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and Data Analyst at NEDBANK LTD. Tafadzwa also worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at IDI Technology Solution and as a Senior SQL/BI Developer at Maravedi. In 2011, they were the IT Manager at Joburg Tourism and later became the Head of Integrated Innovation Services at City of Tshwane in 2012. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Business Solutions and Innovation at Right to Care, where they focus on using ICT tools and Business Process Management to enhance operational efficiency and improve compliance. Tafadzwa Muzvidziwa is a passionate leader who strives to create an enabling environment for team members to unleash their full potential.

Tafadzwa Muzvidziwa (MBL) pursued higher education in a chronological manner. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Midlands State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Information Systems. Following this, between 2010 and 2012, Tafadzwa furthered their education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they obtained a Masters of Business Leadership degree with a specialization in Business Leadership.
