Gal Gan-El has held a variety of positions throughout their career. Gal began their professional journey in 1999 at Comverse, where they were the Latin America Deployment Manager and Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Perfecto Mobile as the Senior Director of Professional Services and Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to Testim.io as the Head of Customer Success and Support. Most recently, they were appointed as the VP of Customer Success at RightBound in 2022.
Gal Gan-El holds a B.Sc in Business Administration and Management, General from Mercy College, and a Practical Engineer in Computer SW from Tel Aviv University.
