Karen Levy Gershon

Karen Levy Gershon has a wealth of work experience. Karen began their career in 2008 as a People Operations and Office Manager for the Israel Defense Forces. In 2015, they joined Sequoia Capital as a Business Operations Coordinator. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Law Intern and Ops Consultant for Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., focusing on banking, finance, and international real estate. In 2020, they took on the role of Head Of Operations for Akooda. Currently, they are the Head of People & US Operations for RightBound, a company revolutionizing the way Outbound Sales Development teams work.

Karen Levy Gershon obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2013 and 2018. Karen also earned a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Certificate from Cornell Certificate Program in October 2021, and became a Lawyer through the Israeli Bar Association in January 2020.
