Brendon Bielat

Brendon Bielat is the Vice President of Product at RightHand Robotics. Brendon has over ten years of experience in operations and program management.

Brendon started their career at Bank of America in 2010 as part of the Global Technology & Operations team. In 2013, Brendon transitioned to W.L. Gore & Associates where they took on the role of Operations & Supply Chain for the Electronic Products Division. While at W.L. Gore, Brendon led a global operations strategy initiative and was responsible for category management, supplier development, and sourcing strategy for new product introduction.

In 2016, Brendon left W.L. Gore to join Google as a Program Manager for Google Fiber. Brendon was responsible for projects related to the exploration, engineering, and deployment of fiber optic networks in the Southeast region.

In 2017, Brendon joined Amazon Robotics as the Senior Manager of AR Systems & Products Integration. In this role, Brendon manages a group of 5 teams consisting of technical product managers, program managers, and ops engineers in NA & EU responsible for the design, launch, and life cycle optimization of a global portfolio of robotic system solutions.

Brendon has a proven track record of success in operations and program management and is an expert in global operations strategy, manufacturing footprint, and cost structure.

Brendon Bielat graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Brendon then went on to get their M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Lastly, they got their MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management. Brendon also has certifications from APICS in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and from Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brendon Bielat reports to Yaro Tenzer, Co-Founder & CEO. and Vince Martinelli - Head of Product & Marketing reports to Brendon Bielat. They are on a team with Leif Jentoft - Co-Founder & Chief Stategy Officer, Brian Campbell - Head of Customer Success, and Jonathan Soyt - Head of Solution Design.
