Pernille Østergaard

Head Of Customer Success at RightHub

Pernille Østergaard currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at RightHub, a position assumed in March 2021 following the merger with Rightly, which expanded the role to oversee customer success across four companies. Prior to this, Pernille worked at Air Alsie A/S as a Crew Planner, managing pilot and flight attendant schedules to ensure crew availability for chartered and owner flights. Pernille also held the role of Senior Customer Agent at Mr. Lodge GmbH, where responsibilities included leading a team to assist clients relocating to Munich. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Customer Agent at Brandstock Services AG and an Operations Intern at GE Healthcare. Pernille holds a degree as a Marketing Economist from Esbjerg Business Academy, completed in 2003.
