  • Develop and share user insights to help shape product initiatives and inform solutions in partnership with User Research, UX Design, UX Copywriting, and Lead Product Designers.

  • Produce and deliver relevant design artefacts (sketches, prototypes, assets etc), in line with the delivery roadmap.

  • Actively share the understanding of design processes and frameworks.

  • Support the Product Manager in shaping the product vision and commercial objectives.

  • Gain a deep understanding of your product's technology.

  • Cultivate relationships with other Product Designers, focusing on enhancing collaboration and documentation.

  • Drive user experience quality and adoption for solutions, features, and enhancements.

  • Foster ongoing collaboration within your team through workshops and design reviews.

  • Actively seek feedback from the team on designs, processes, and ideas.

  • Collaborate with the Design System Product Designer to enhance our Design System in alignment with our brand.

We’re looking for someone who

  • As a guide, you will have at around 3 years’ proven experience as a high performing Mid-Senior Product Designer within an end-to-end role, owning projects for their entire lifecycle, from conception and ideation to delivery.

  • Provides a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes and strong design thinking.

  • Displays proficiency with research methodologies and associated tooling, independently or in support of user researchers.

  • Knows how to streamline complex end-to-end user journeys, identifying pain-points and visualising ‘the bigger picture.’

  • Is eager to contribute to shaping inspiring visions in collaboration with cross-functional teams through running supportive research, workshops and helping bring them to life visually.

  • Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Knowledge and experience with research methodologies and associated tooling (independently or in support of user researchers), journey mapping, problem-framing and solving, running workshops and collaborative sessions – highly desirable and necessary at least at a base level.

  • Systems thinking and ability to implement established best practices and patterns to deliver outputs of high standards and accessible, inclusive experiences.

  • Maturity and autonomy in managing your time and focus – you can comfortably utilise your skills to craft the vision for your domain, even when navigating some ambiguity.

  • Experience across all stages of the product-design lifecycle.

  • Able to demonstrate long-term strategic thinking.

  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders
