Kristopher Brown is the Director of Global Expansion & Customer Experience Programs at RightNow Media. Kristopher has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, including previous positions as a Managing Partner at Trotter Insurance Group, LLC and Agency Owner at Farmers Insurance. Kristopher is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a proven track record of success in leadership roles. Kristopher is excited to be a part of the RightNow Media team and looks forward to continuing to grow the company’s reach and impact around the world.

Kristopher Brown holds a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 5 certification from SuccessHACKER, and a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 4 certification from SuccessHACKER. Kristopher earned their Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and their Master of Science in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.

They work with Scott Mosley - VP, Software & Experience, Ellen Towery - VP, Finance & Operations, and Mike Marshall - Creative Director. Their manager is Brian Mosley, President.
