Andrei Mikhailov

Andrei Mikhailov has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrei is currently working at Rightpoint as an Associate Director of Project Management, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rightpoint as a Senior Project Manager from October 2020 to January 2022, where they successfully led a development team in launching an app for multiple markets within a short timeframe and strict business requirements.

Before joining Rightpoint, Andrei worked at Something Digital as a Project Manager from March 2020 to January 2022. Andrei also gained experience at Codifi as a Senior Project Manager from December 2017 to June 2019. Andrei's longest tenure was at Aitoc Software, where they worked from November 2007 to November 2017, holding various roles including Product Manager, Project Manager, and Support Manager.

Earlier in their career, Andrei worked at ActiveUnit Ltd. as a Lead Project Manager from 2002 to 2007, where they managed projects and conducted business analysis. Andrei also worked at ActiveUnit Inc. as an Account Manager and Sales Manager in 2002-2003, where they worked on business offers for various projects, communicated with clients, and prepared project documentation.

Andrei Mikhailov holds a Bachelor's degree in economics management from the Belarusian National Technical University. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications such as Leading SAFe 5.1 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2022 and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
