Jessie Wilson

Jessie Wilson has a diverse range of work experience. They currently hold the position of Lead Analyst at Rightpoint, starting in 2022. Before that, they worked at Motional as a Data Review Pipeline Manager from February 2021 to July 2022. In this role, Jessie was responsible for querying, analyzing, auditing, and presenting performance metrics to C-level leadership. They also migrated metrics infrastructure to Jira-driven metrics for actionable insights. Prior to Motional, Jessie worked at Uber in two different roles. From December 2018 to May 2020, they were a Senior Regional Operations Manager, where they developed and launched an automated process for operational improvement alerts. They also supported the integration team with analytical needs. From July 2016 to December 2018, Jessie served as an Operations and Logistics Manager, launching ridesharing operations in multiple cities and leading the analysis and relaunch of a vehicle inspection program. Before Uber, Jessie worked at CSRA Inc. as an Associate Cyber Security Analyst from August 2015 to July 2016, leading policy review and implementation of cyber security best practices. Their earliest work experience was as a Student Assistant at the Developing World Healthcare Technology Lab at Duke University, where they developed a novel device and an Android application. Jessie also gained internship experience at SRA International, leading content development for a contract recompete oral presentation and creating training material. Overall, Jessie has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, operations management, cybersecurity, and innovation.

Jessie Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a focus on Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. This educational pursuit took place between the years 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Jessie obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ in January 2021 from CompTIA.
