Kathy Grimes, PHR

Kathy Grimes, PHR, has over 35 years of Human Resources experience. Kathy began their career in 1986 as an Administrative Assistant for Sales and Legal and Engineering at Oki Semiconductor America. Kathy was promoted to Manager of Office Administration in 2003 and Senior Manager of HR/Administration in 2006. In 2009, they joined Inirus LLC as an HR Manager. In 2014, they moved to Leeyo Software, Inc. as HR Manager & Office Administrator. In 2017, they joined Zuora as Human Resources Manager and most recently in 2021, they joined RightRev as Human Resources Manager. Throughout their career, they have successfully implemented company policies and procedures, established employee new hire on-boarding procedures and personnel files, facilitated transitions, worked with immigration attorneys, generated consulting service agreements, and improved employee morale and retention.

Kathy Grimes, PHR obtained their PHR certification from SHRM in 2008. Kathy also attended Buchser High School from 1966 to 1970.
