Melanie Simon

Melanie Simon, MBA, is currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at RightSourcing, Inc. Melanie joined the company in August 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Cross Country Healthcare as a Program Director, Vanderbilt from January 2020 to August 2022. Before that, Melanie held the position of Military Healthcare Development Specialist at Chamberlain University from March 2019 to December 2019. Melanie'sprevious experience also includes working at Cross Country TravCorps as the Assistant Director of Recruitment from December 2016 to March 2019, and at USr Healthcare as the Director of Recruitment & Sales from September 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at USr Healthcare from January 2008 to September 2015. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, Melanie served in the US Navy from April 1994 to February 2007 as a Hospital Corpsman - Petty Officer 1st Class. In this role, they managed logistic and support services for 18 military units and specialized in wound care.

Melanie Simon, MBA, obtained their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Trident University International in 2006. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Additionally, Melanie holds a certification as a Certified Intrinsic Coach™ (Life Coach and Wellness Coach).
