Milja Jokinen

Milja Jokinen has a diverse background in human resources and culture development. Milja is currently working at Rightware as the Vice President of People & Culture, a role they have held since March 2022 after previously serving as the Director of People & Culture from September 2019 to March 2022. Prior to their time at Rightware, Milja worked as an HR Manager at BW-Restaurants Oy from March 2017 to February 2019. Milja also held the position of HR Manager at Ball Corporation from December 2014 to March 2017, and Global HR Manager at AB Enzymes from January 2014 to November 2014. Before that, they were the HR Manager for Roal Oy from April 2011 to December 2013, and held various roles at ABB Oy, including HR Manager for Motors and Generators in Helsinki from April 2008 to April 2011, and Senior HRD Consultant from September 2007 to March 2008. Milja's career began at Nokia Corporation, where they worked as a Specialist in Competence Development from June 2002 to August 2007.

Milja Jokinen's education history includes various experiences. In 1995, they attended Vaskivuoren lukio for their secondary education. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
