Terry O'Connell

Terry O'Connell has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to program and project management, IT support, sales, and business development.

Most recently, Terry worked at Rigil Corporation as a Program/Project Manager Cyber Security, supporting the FAA CDM Program. This role involved managing and coordinating various aspects of the program.

Prior to this, Terry was a Project Manager at OST, Inc., where they provided project management support for the deployment and integration of the DHS CDM Program and Systems at FAA. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining project documentation and managing the project lifecycle.

Before joining OST, Terry worked at ActioNet, Inc. as a Program Manager for IT Support contracts at NOAA. They managed a program with 80 employees and were responsible for coordinating new hires, customer issues, scope management, and financials.

Terry also has experience with Northrop Grumman as a Project Manager, supporting internal IT projects and serving as a Lab Manager. At SAIC, they were a Program Manager for rugged IT infrastructure manufacturing and supported a homeland security lab. Additionally, Terry managed GD's effort to support EDS's NMCI contract and worked in sales and business development roles at GTI, Cable Consulting, Marconi, and General DataComm.

Terry O'Connell attended Gaithersburg High School from 1976 to 1979, where they pursued a degree in Science. Following this, they enrolled at North Carolina State University from 1979 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Terry obtained the PMP certification from PMI in December 2012 and ITIL Foundation v3 certification from ITIL in October 2009.
