Merlijn Arthur Verhorst

Merlijn Arthur Verhorst has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as Team Manager of Safety Affairs at Rijksmuseum since September 2014, with prior roles including Acting Team Manager and Coordinator of Safety Affairs. Previously, Merlijn worked at Trigion from June 2012 to September 2014 as a Team Leader in Aviation Security and as an Aviation Security Agent. Merlijn also has a background in the performing arts, having been a dancer at INTRODANS from May 2010 to June 2012. Educational credentials include a degree in Fine Arts from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, a certification in Security Level 2 from SVPB, and a HAVO diploma in Economics and Society from Gerrit van der Veen College.
