Spencer Berg

Spencer Berg has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 at The Buckner Company. Spencer began as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Sales Development Specialist. In this role, they spearheaded various initiatives such as creating a mentorship program, implementing new sales techniques and training programs, and developing materials to facilitate sales agents' growth. Spencer also served as the Internship Program Director and successfully managed the introduction and training of Salesforce. Spencer currently holds the position of Agency Manager at rikor.io, where they lead and manages agency operations and team members.

Spencer Berg obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Utah State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications including Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper and various insurance-related certifications such as Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Spencer also holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License from the State of Utah and a Workers Compensation Insurance Professional (WCIP) certification from Insurance Community University.
