Sam Serafin

Sam Serafin is a seasoned professional in commercial management and business development within the logistics and supply chain sector. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for APAC at RIM Logistics, Ltd since July 2021, Sam oversees client onboarding for North America, develops order management services, and supports US customs setups. Previously, Sam worked as an Account Manager at Expeditors, enhancing customer retention and executing global strategies. Sam's earlier experience includes roles at C.H. Robinson as an Account Executive in Global Forwarding and Business Development Analyst at RIM Logistics, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, account management, and operational support.
