Claire Guiraud

Claire Guiraud is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in commercial transactions and corporate counsel within the EMEA region. Currently serving as Managing Counsel at Rimini Street since August 2020, Claire has been responsible for negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements and ensuring appropriate legal reviews. Prior to this, Claire held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Quest Software, where responsibilities included managing complex agreements and developing contract policies. Previous roles also included Senior Legal Counsel at Axway Software, where Claire managed legal affairs for multiple affiliates, and Legal Counsel at L'Oreal S.A., focusing on commercial agreements across various divisions. Claire holds a Master II in International Business Law from Université de Tours, a Master I in Private Law from Paris-Sud University, and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Leicester.
