Helen Elizabeth Nieman

Helen Elizabeth Nieman is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Rimini Street, with extensive legal expertise in various roles, including Judge Advocate for the Virginia Army National Guard and the New York Army National Guard. Nieman has served as Senior Transaction Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, specializing in CHIPS Act transactions, and as an Attorney Advisor for the Maritime Administration, focusing on maritime finance and autonomous surface ships. Previous experience includes Assistant General Counsel at the NYC Mayor's Office of Housing Recovery Operations and Agency Attorney for the New York City Human Resources Administration. Nieman also taught Corporate & Property Law as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College and holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a Master of Science in Space Studies from American Military University, and a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles.
