Swastica Goswami

Swastica Goswami is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labour and employment law, having held positions such as Corporate Counsel for Labour & Employment Law (APAC) at Rimini Street and Legal Head for India at McLaren Strategic Solutions. Swastica has also served as Group Head - Legal and Manager - Legal and Data Protection Compliance at Coforge, as well as Senior Legal Counsel at Acuvate. Early career roles include Legal Executive and Legal Coordinator at Wells Fargo. Swastica holds a law degree from ILS Law College, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and has recently completed a certification as a PoSH Trainer from the Ministry of Child and Women Welfare in October 2023.
