Silvana Ambrozie

Silvana Ambrozie is a HR Manager with experience in leading various HR projects and handling employee relations across different companies. Silvana has a background in Psychology and Human Resources Management & Communication. At RINA, Silvana currently serves as HR Manager for the Europe Cluster, responsible for HR administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Prior to that, Silvana was the Regional HR Manager for the Danube Region at CHS Inc., overseeing multiple offices and blue-collar roles. Before that, Silvana was a Senior HR in Recruitment & Development at BCR, where Silvana managed recruitment projects and acted as a HR Business Partner for a wide range of divisions.
