Silvia Rotondo

Silvia Rotondo currently serves as the Head of Global DEIB, Employer Branding & Engagement at RINA since November 2024. Prior to this role, Silvia held various positions at Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. from October 2010 to November 2024, including People Culture, Acquisition & Development Manager and Recruitment Training Development HR Manager. Silvia began the professional career as an HR Consultant at Kelly Services from September 2003 to January 2010, focusing on recruitment, personnel administration, and communications with employment agencies. Educationally, Silvia is pursuing a degree in Change Management at SDA Bocconi while holding multiple advanced degrees in Human Resources Management from 24ORE Business School and a Laurea in Scienze dell'educazione from Università degli Studi di Bari.
