Ram R.

Ram R. has a strong background in product management and a focus on AI and automation. Currently, Ram R. is working as the Vice President of Product Management - AI & Automation at RingCentral since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product at Observe.AI from April 2022 to April 2023, where they led the product team and helped the company grow its ARR. Ram R. also worked as the Sr. Director of Product Management - Conversational AI & Automation at Five9 from September 2019 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, they held various product management roles at SanDisk, Yahoo!, Openwave, VirtualScopics, Cadence Channel Partner - EMA Design Automation, and the University of Rochester. With a wide range of experience across different companies and industries, Ram R. has consistently contributed to the growth and success of the companies they have worked with.

Ram R. has a diverse education history. Ram completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology. Ram then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. Ram later attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for an Executive Education program focused on Innovative Technology Leadership. Ram also completed an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy.

In terms of additional certifications, Ram obtained the certification "Pragmatic Product Manager" from Pragmatic group in July 2011. In January 2018, they completed "The Innovative Technology Leader" certification from Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education. In October 2019, Ram obtained the certification "AI For Everyone" from Coursera.

In 2020, Ram began a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence at Texas McCombs School of Business. This program is expected to conclude in 2021.
