Yuri Fedotov

Yuri Fedotov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and solutions architecture, having held various leadership roles at RingCentral since 2019, including Director of Product Management and Group Product Manager. Prior to RingCentral, Yuri worked at Cisco from 2006 to 2018 as a Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect, focusing on innovative digital transformation solutions for customer care and integrating Cisco contact center technologies with collaboration tools. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Line Manager at Genesys, where Yuri managed the product lifecycle for outbound products and drove their integration into the Customer Interaction Platform. Yuri holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
