Nicholas Harris-Baxter is an experienced urban planner and transport planner currently serving as Areal- og transportplanlegger at Ringerike kommune since February 2024 and as the founder of Flora Kollektiv, established in Oslo and conceptualized in Melbourne, aimed at enhancing collaborative initiatives for improved living environments and consumption.
