Elliot N Young AIA NCARB LEED AP is a highly experienced architect and project manager currently leading the Florida practice area for RINKA in Fort Lauderdale since October 2010. Young has managed a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects in South Florida, encompassing high-rise office and residential buildings, multi-family housing, hospitality, and banking design. Previously, Young served as an adjunct faculty instructor at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in Building Information Modeling. Young's professional roles have included Vice President of the American Institute of Architects Milwaukee chapter and various architectural positions with firms such as Tom Johnson Architecture and Jeselnick Architecture, where essential responsibilities included drafting construction documents and project coordination. Elliot holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder.
