RiNo Art District
Courtney Minter, AIA, currently serves as the Public Realm Manager at RiNo Art District since October 2024. Previously, Minter held the position of Architect at Davis Partnership Architects from June 2017 to October 2024, and also gained experience as an Architect Intern. Prior architectural internships were completed at SFS Architecture and Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture. Notable academic experiences include participating in a study abroad program in Orvieto, Italy, through Kansas State University, as well as earning a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas State University and the Kansas City Design Center. Minter's background includes significant involvement in design teams focused on community centers and drafting construction documents.

Urban, industrial creative district just north of downtown Denver. RiNo is home to galleries, studios, restaurants, and many small businesses, as well as the annual Crush street art festival, which brings in over 75 street artists and muralists from around the world every September.
