Sathish Kumar K has worked at Rinsoft since 2015 as a Lead Quality Analyst, where they have analysed system requirements and conducted gap analysis, theme identification, test outlines and design artefacts, generated and identified workflows and sub-workflows based on themes, and listed out verification points and screen names for individual test steps. Sathish Kumar has also successfully analysed, prepared and executed manual test cases and automation scripts. Prior to this, they worked at Almana General Hospitals Group from 2013, where they held the roles of Software Tester and Junior ERP Functional Consultant. In their role as Junior ERP Functional Consultant, they managed the full end to end implementation and post Implementation support for Sage ERP 500 with a team of more than 5 members, advised the team and was involved in developing user profile, roles/groups and Security Model, and managed and implemented a massive integration between the In-house developed Application system and third-party ERP Application system.

Sathish Kumar K obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed their High School in Computer Science from Muthialpet Hr.Sec.School between 2004 and 2007. Sathish Kumar has also obtained various certifications from TestProject, Postman, Ultimate QA, TestLeaf Software Solutions Private Limited, Udemy, LinkedIn, and other institutions between 2020 and 2021.
