Daysha Alston

Daysha Alston has over 20 years of experience as a human resource executive in the non-profit sector, with a specialization in talent acquisition. Daysha currently works as an Associate Vice President at Rinvio, where they cultivate strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations and public housing authorities. Prior to that, they held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer at Quantum HR, Corporate Director of Human Resources at National Blood Testing Partners, CEO/Executive Director at Easley Housing Authority, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Charlotte Housing Authority, Human Resource Business Manager at Metro-North Railroad, and Human Resources Director at the Housing Authority of the City of Charleston. Daysha also has previous experience as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at Charleston Water System, a Human Resources Administrator at Bloomingdale's, and a Human Resource Manager Trainee at the South Carolina Ports Authority. Throughout their career, Daysha has demonstrated expertise in policy development, talent initiatives, employee relations, and strategic leadership.

Daysha Alston completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University between 2006 and 2009. Daysha also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Limestone College. Daysha has an additional certification in Professional Human Resource from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
