Alesia Martin

Alesia Martin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and education. Currently serving as an elected School Board Trustee for the RIO SCHOOL DISTRICT since November 2022, Alesia has held various engineering roles, including Sr. Project Engineer positions at King's Hawaiian and General Mills, and Regional Sr. Project Engineer at SunOpta. Previous experience includes corporate engineering roles at Snyder's-Lance, Sara Lee, and Milhouse Engineering & Construction, along with a stint as a Substitute Teacher for Chicago Public Schools. Alesia's career commenced as a Business Owner at Cingular Wireless and included a role as Project Manager at Motorola Solutions. Alesia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
