Hillol Talukdar

Hillol Talukdar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Strategy at Rio Tinto since April 2022, Hillol also holds the position of Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and leads business development at the Northeast Development Agency (NEDA). Previous roles include Impact Scholar at the Global Governance Initiative and various consulting positions at EY, where expertise was developed in risk management, financial analysis, and project management. Early career experiences include contributions to the Youth Forum on Foreign Policy and an internship at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Hillol holds a Post Graduate Programme degree in General Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
