Jayne H.

Jayne H. serves as the Global Head of Talent at Rio Tinto since August 2022, spearheading the global people strategy in areas such as talent, culture, and diversity. Additionally, Jayne H. has been a member of the Board of Directors at Acas since April 2018, contributing to maintaining the organization’s reputation as a trusted workplace expert. Prior experience at GSK from January 2000 to June 2022 includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Talent Leadership and Organisation Development, focused on talent acquisition and organizational capability, and transforming learning and development as Chief Learning Officer. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Post Office Ltd and various HR leadership positions across multiple countries. Jayne H. holds an MSc from The London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
