Joanne Lee

Joanne Lee is a Senior Operations Executive at Rio Tinto since December 2016, serving as a Product Owner for Salesforce within the Pacific Bulk team, where contributions include developing performance optimization dashboards and process maps for A1 transformations utilizing Visio. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Joanne was an Operations Executive at Yara Asia Pte Ltd from May 2014 to November 2016, managing bulk and containerized shipments for fertilizer trading across several countries while closely monitoring vessel statuses and coordinating with buyers. Joanne holds a Diploma (Conversion) in Maritime Business Management from Singapore Polytechnic (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (2004-2008).
