Stephen Sands

Stephen Sands is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation, external affairs, energy programs, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at Rio Tinto since July 2005, Stephen is responsible for achieving productivity metrics and implementing cost improvements across the company.
