Leandro Dantas

Leandro Dantas has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the airport industry. Leandro began their career as an Estagiário at Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção in 2008, followed by a role as a Trainee in 2009. Leandro then worked as a Coordenador Financeiro at both Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção and Odebrecht TransPort, where they were responsible for financial modeling and project development for various airport projects. Leandro also served as a Gerente de Projetos at Odebrecht TransPort, overseeing feasibility studies and managing the acquisition of ANA Aeroportos de Portugal. In 2014, Leandro joined RIOgaleão – Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim as a Gerente Comercial, where they managed business contracts and successfully negotiated restructuring deals. In 2017, they became the Head of Management and then the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2019, leading a 20-member team and handling commercial revenue operations and strategy planning. Throughout their career, Leandro has demonstrated expertise in planning, modeling, and implementing airport commercial programs.

Leandro Dantas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade Salvador from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they also pursued a short-term program in Business Administration at Universidad de Salamanca. Later, in 2019, they enrolled in IMD and completed an Executive MBA program.
