Ryan Werner

Ryan Werner has been with Riot Blockchain since March of 2021, and serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to their current position, Ryan worked for UDR from March 2013 to March 2021. Their previous title was Senior Director of Real Estate and Transactions Accounting, where they were responsible for reviewing SEC filings, monitoring peer filings and SEC correspondence, conducting technical accounting research, and coordinating annual joint venture and statutory audits. Ryan has experience managing teams of up to 25 people, and has been recognized for their teamwork and relationship building skills with external partners.

Ryan Werner has a Masters in Accounting and Information Systems from The University of Kansas.
